Made from stoneware clay, George the carved ceramic pumpkin is waiting to bring both autumnal sophistication and Halloween humour to your home decor.

“How so?” I hear you ask. Well, from the back his lovely tactical mottled glaze, in a mustardy yellow with oranges, browns and hints of blue show off his pumpkin shape, but turn him round and you’ll be greeted by his friendly pumpkin face.

George is front row left, in the group pic.

He also comes with a free battery powered tea-light so he can light up your dark evenings with his toothy grin. He mustn’t be used over a real flame.

I carve a small number of ceramic pumpkins each year and they all take on their own character; no templates, just free-form carving, working with the shape of the pumpkin body I’ve formed by hand, that means each pumpkin I make is truly unique. Such good fun to make!
