I despatch as quickly as I can, from receipt of your order, I’m as keen for you to receive your parcel safely, as you are to receive it!

Timescales quoted below are for items that are in stock, ready to pack and despatch. Any items I “make to order” work on completely different timescales, which will be shown in the description and/or discussed with you individually, depending on your order.

UK orders

I use Royal Mail tracked delivery services. In order to keep the delivery costs as low as possible, the delivery charges are based on size/weight of the package. Ceramics, by it’s nature, requires lots of padding to ensure adequate protection during transit – I charge less for smaller parcels.

UK standard delivery (RM Tracked 48) is free for orders over £39

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: delivery aim 4-5 working days – starting at £3.95
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: delivery aim 3-4 working days – starting at £4.95

Please note that these timescales are aims, not guarantees.
I do my absolute best to ensure that your order is despatched as quickly as possible and Royal Mail do the same with delivering. Inevitably, there is the odd occasion where a delay can occur. Thankfully, this is very rare and the vast majority of parcels arrive very speedily.

For re-assurance, I provide you with your tracking number so you can see your parcel’s progress.

Collecting your Order

You’re welcome to come and collect your order from me in Melbourne, Derbyshire. I will wrap your order and put it in a bag (or box if requested) ready for you fetch. I will email you to confirm once your order is ready and give you my address details.

International orders

International delivery to USA, Canada, Australasia and Worldwide to other countries outside of Europe starts at £12.95 (earrings) and increases depending on the size of your parcel.

The price will be shown in your shopping cart once you have entered the delivery address.

I send all International deliveries via Royal Mail from the UK, who transfer the packages to local couriers once routed to the destination country. All items are sent via tracked services and I will provide the tracking reference to you so that you can see your parcels progress.

IMPORTANT – International Customs Charges
There may be local customs charges that apply to your delivery, depending on where you are. Unfortunately, I have no control over these. Fees may need paying locally by you/the parcel recipient before the local courier can deliver. Non-payment of those fees results in the parcel being returned to me (or even occasionally destroyed). In the instance of a return, I’ll contact you to resolve, but please note that you would be responsible for any additional costs caused by non-payment of the fees.

Returns

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to make a return. Please contact me first to let me know there’s an issue. You can return your order in its original condition to:

Please do this within 14 days of delivery, having contacted me first. You will be responsible for all items until they have been delivered back to me, so I strongly suggest that you use a tracked/signed delivery option.

If you return an item to me that is faulty or that you didn’t order, or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also cover the cost of the return postage.

Personalised items

Please note that any items made just for you, eg: personalised or bespoke / custom-made to your specific requirements, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to me because you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, there will be a second shipping fee to re-send the parcel again. If you’re in the UK and purchased with free shipping, you will need to pay for re-shipping. If you’d prefer a refund then the refund would be for the order value minus actual P&P costs.

If the address error is my mistake, then I will of course re-send without further charge.
