UK orders
I use Royal Mail tracked delivery services. In order to keep the delivery costs as low as possible, the delivery charges are based on size/weight of the package. Pottery, by it’s nature, requires lots of padding to ensure adequate protection during transit. I therefore charge less for smaller items.
Delivery charges for UK deliveries start at £1.95. The price for your order will depend on the carriage option you select prior to checking out – prices are shown relevant for the items in your basket and you can select either 1st or 2nd class delivery.
International orders
International delivery within Europe is currently £13 + £3 per additional item.
International delivery to USA, Canada, Australia and Worldwide to other countries is currently £20 + £3 per addition al item. It may cost me more than this to send your parcel, but I’m trying to be competitive and I’ll keep this under review.
There may be local customs charges that apply to your delivery, depending on where you are. Unfortunately, I have no control over these. Fees may need paying locally by you/the parcel recipient before the courier can deliver. Non-payment of those fees results in the parcel being returned to me (or even occasionally destroyed). In the instance of a return, I’ll contact you to resolve, but please note that you would be responsible for any additional costs caused by non-payment of the fees. I’m sorry I can’t be clearer on the fees and chaos caused by Brexit on European deliveries. I so hope for the day when we can be more “European” again.
I send all International deliveries via Royal Mail, who transfer the packages to local couriers once routed to the country of destination.

Returns
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to make a return. Please contact me first to let me know there’s an issue. You can return your order in its original condition to:

Please do this within 14 days of delivery, having contacted me first. You will be responsible for all items until they have been delivered back to me, so I strongly suggest that you use a tracked/signed delivery option.
If you return an item to me that is faulty or that you didn’t order, or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
Personalised items
Please note that any items made just for you, eg: personalised or bespoke / custom-made to your specific requirements, are non-refundable unless faulty.
Issues
If an order is returned to me because you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, there will be a second shipping fee to re-send the parcel again. If you’re in the UK and purchased with free shipping, you will need to pay for re-shipping. If you’d prefer a refund then the refund would be for the order value minus actual P&P costs.
If the address error is my mistake, then I will of course re-send without further charge.
