I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but I understand that there may be an occasion where you change your mind and want to return an item.

This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

1. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

2. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment method again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted back to your payment account, although processed by us. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lucy@lucyormsby.com

3. EXCHANGES
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at lucy@lucyormsby.com in the first instance, including a picture of the damaged item. We will then contact you to arrange a replacement.

4. GIFTs
Refunds can only be made back to the original method of payment, so if a refund is requested on an item bought as a gift, the refund will be processed back to the payer. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to a gift recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your returned item once it has been received and approved.

5. SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item.

If you’ve paid shipping costs when ordering and subsequently changed your mind and returned your order, the original order shipping costs will not refunded.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You are responsible for return shipping. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
